PCS in Rehearsal

Taken during rehearsals for "A Renaissance Christmas," these pictures are typical of any rehearsal for our holiday or March concerts.

Rehearsal starts with some loosening up, including a backrub from other PCS members. After loosening up, we start our vocal warmups.

Pete leads the chorus through several warmups - scales, arpeggios, and chords. (Can anybody say, "EEOEEO"?)

After warmups, we move through rehearsal of pieces for our upcoming concert. This is the view from the director's chair.

The incredibly talented Maryjane provides accompaniment for every style of music.

At the break, Liz makes announcements - reminders, PCS news, upcoming performance dates.

Mal covers the financial angle while Liz looks on. "I'll take membership dues at any time....."

After announcements, Pete and Maryjane accompany the Choral Society as we sing "Happy Birthday" to one of our members.
